My name is Livia. I’m a Master of Journalism student at Toronto Metropolitan University and an Associate Producer with CBC Radio, working on As It Happens and Quirks & Quarks.

I have an MA (Honours of the First Class) in Archaeology from the University of Glasgow (2021) and have previously published pieces in Inspire the Mind, The Otter and Dig It! Scotland.

I have always been nerdy about learning about the world, and strongly believe in the public right to science. My passions extend across the natural and cultural world and include art, archaeology, palaeontology, history, psychology, biology and environmental science.
